For me, here, it's like the weird time traveled echo of the way Ryan reacted to Chris and Blake the night Chris was eliminated. But yeah, then and now, Ryan and Simon have different priorities and have made different choices than Chris and Blake and they way they choose to conduct themselves is hugely different, even though they're both, in a way, hiding in plain sight behind a nice curtain of heteronormativity.
