I'm so pleased you feel the interaction is right. They've each got such a specific way of speaking, and then to each other on top of that. It's easy to hit a wrong note and extrapolate too much or make them too mushy (though it is clear that whether they're fucking or not, they genuinely enjoy each other and are friends of some sort off camera).
