This is seriously my favorite thing you've ever written.
I loooove in inclusion of Joel McHale. "Mutt and Jeff" had me DYING. My friend used to call me and one of my best friends in college that because I'm about 5'2 and he was around 6'4.
I loooove the snark and the imagery and just EVERYTHING!
"Oh?" he replied. "You certainly spent a lot of time during that show looking at me." He held on to Simon's hand, to keep the flame steady as he lit up, but looked straight at Simon, gray-green eyes squinting in the smoke, and Simon forgot to breathe for a second.
